At Iron & Grace, every single garment is custom-printed especially for you. Because of the nature of print-on-demand orders, we have a strict return policy:
- Custom Printed Orders: No returns or exchanges on custom items for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections. Please inspect our size grids carefully before checkout.
- Defects, Misprints, or Damages: If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or physically damaged, we will gladly send a free replacement! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the damage.
